Abstract

U ovom istraživanju provedena je vremenska analiza pokrova tla u regiji Hercegovine metodama daljinskih istraživanja u razdoblju od 2015. do 2024. godine. Određeno je optimalno doba godine i mjesec za provođenje ovih analiza, s posebnim naglaskom na varijacije vegetacijskog pokrova, urbanih područja i dostupnih vodnih resursa tijekom istraživanog razdoblja. Klasifikacija, NDVI i indeks svjetline su izračunati i evaluirani na dvogodišnjoj razini. Analiza i interpretacija rezultata otkrile su značajne promjene u pokrovu biljaka i izgrađenih područja, kao i promjene u dostupnosti vode, ukazujući na jasne obrasce u razvoju korištenja zemljišta u Hercegovini tijekom promatranog razdoblja.

Abstract (english)

In this study, a temporal analysis of land cover in the Herzegovina region was conducted using remote sensing methods over the period from 2015 to 2024. The optimal time of year and month for conducting these analyses was determined, with a particular focus on variations in vegetative cover, urban areas, and available water resources during the study period. Classification, NDVI, and brightness index were calculated and evaluated on a biennial basis. The analysis and interpretation of the results revealed significant changes in vegetation and built-up areas, as well as changes in water availability, indicating clear patterns in land use development in Herzegovina over the observed period.
