Abstract

U specijalističkom radu je dan pregled strukture razmjenske DXF datoteke za digitalni katastarski plan koji je nastao elaboratom nove katastarske izmjere. Opisani su slojevi podataka i atributi sukladno Tehničkim specifikacijama za izradu digitalnog katastarskog plana (DKP) i grafičkog dijela digitalnog geodetskog elaborata (DGE). Opisana je struktura datoteke shape razmjenskog formata digitalnog katastarskog plana nove izmjere koji se koristi pri migraciji podataka u prostornu bazu Zajedničkog informacijskog sustava zemljišne knjige i katastra. Navedeni su kriteriji prevođenja sa dijagramima za kreiranje geometrije i atributa u pridruženom projekcijskom referentnom koordinatnom sustavu i utvrđene su kontrole topološke kvalitete prostornih podataka. Rezultat je detaljan opis koji se može koristiti za prevođenje podataka nove katastarske izmjere iz razmjenskog formata DXF u shape format.

Abstract (english)

In the specialist thesis, an overview is provided of the structure of the DXF exchange file for the digital cadastral plan, which was created as part of the new cadastral survey. The layers of data and attributes are described in accordance with the Technical Specifications for the creation of the digital cadastral plan (DKP) and the graphical part of the digital geodetic report (DGE). The structure of the shapefile exchange format of the digital cadastral plan from the new survey is described, which is used in the migration of data to the spatial database of the Joint Information System of Land Registry and Cadastre. Criteria for translation are specified with diagrams for creating geometry and attributes in the associated projection reference coordinate system, and controls for the topological quality of spatial data are established. The result is a detailed description that can be used for translating the data of the new cadastral survey from the DXF exchange format to shapefile.
